Dr. Metuse is a distinguished plastic and reconstructive surgeon, recognized for her groundbreaking achievements. She earned her MBChB at the University of Limpopo (MEDUNSA) and completed her MMed in Plastic Surgery at the University of Pretoria (UP), making history as the first Black Female plastic and reconstructive surgeon to qualify from UP. She also holds FC PLAST SURG (SA), awarded by the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa (CMSA), as an additional master’s-level qualification in plastic surgery. With extensive experience in both public and private sectors, she delivers transformative surgical solutions with a commitment to excellence and innovation.
